What You'll Be Doing 💼💻

• Contract Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract technology roles, from qualification through to placement.

• Technology Talent Sourcing: Identify, engage, and attract top technology professionals across software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and digital transformation markets.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates against technical requirements, cultural fit, and client expectations.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong talent pools through proactive networking, market mapping, and relationship building.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop trusted partnerships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Business Development: Generate new opportunities through market intelligence, referrals, networking events, and strategic outreach activities.
• Contractor Care: Maintain regular contact with contractors to ensure a positive experience, generate referrals, and identify future opportunities.

• Recruitment Experience: Previous agency recruitment experience, ideally within contract recruitment, technology recruitment, or a related professional services market.
• Business Development Skills: Confidence in generating new opportunities, developing client relationships, and growing accounts.
• Technology Interest: A passion for the technology sector and an interest in understanding evolving market trends.
• Relationship Builder: Proven ability to establish credibility and build lasting partnerships with clients, candidates, and contractors.
