The Principal Recruitment Consultant will be a senior commercial leader within our new Austin office, driving business growth across Data Centers and Transmission & Distribution markets. This role combines strategic business development, key account management, and high-level recruitment expertise while supporting the development of future consultants and broader office growth.

What You'll Be Doing 💼💻

• Leading Market Development: Build and execute a growth strategy for Data Center and T&D recruitment throughout North America.
• Securing Strategic Accounts: Win and develop enterprise-level clients, EPC contractors, utilities, owners, operators, and engineering consultancies.
• Delivering High-Value Recruitment Solutions: Manage complex recruitment assignments and workforce solutions projects.
• Developing Long-Term Partnerships: Build trusted advisor relationships with senior executives and project stakeholders.
• Mentoring Recruitment Teams: Provide guidance, coaching, and best-practice sharing to colleagues and emerging consultants.
• Driving Revenue Growth: Consistently exceed sales and recruitment targets while growing profitability.
• Market Mapping & Intelligence: Identify project pipelines, investment trends, and workforce opportunities within critical infrastructure.
• Commercial Leadership: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and workforce solutions proposals.
• Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work with global NES Fircroft teams to maximize account penetration and delivery capability.

What We're Looking For 🔍👀

• Recruitment Expertise: Minimum 5+ years' recruitment experience within Engineering, Infrastructure, Power, Energy, Data Centers, T&D, Utilities, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Business Development Excellence: Demonstrated success winning and growing strategic client accounts.
• Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of Data Center development, Power Infrastructure, Utilities, EPC, Construction, or Mission-Critical markets.
• Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and drive profitable growth.
