Business Development Manager

We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager | Shanghai
NES Fircroft is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Shanghai team.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and working with clients across the energy, infrastructure, engineering, and industrial sectors.
What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and grow new client relationships across the grater region

• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong commercial pipeline

• Develop long-term partnerships with key clients and decision-makers

• Work closely with our recruitment and delivery teams to provide tailored workforce solutions

• Lead client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and business development activities

• Contribute to the continued growth and expansion of NES Fircroft in China

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or recruitment

• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of developing new business

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

• Experience within recruitment, engineering, energy, infrastructure, industrial, or related sectors is highly desirable

• Fluent English and Mandarin
