What You'll Be Doing 💼📈

Management Accounts

Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, including Cost of Sales and Profit & Loss reporting, delivering valuable insights that support business performance and forecasting.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Monitor financial results, investigate variances, and provide accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making across the business.

Balance Sheet Reconciliations

Maintain strong financial controls through accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of financial records.

Accounts Payable

Manage supplier payments efficiently, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and paid on time while supporting effective cash flow management.

Compliance & Audit Support

Prepare financial information for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.

Tax & Statutory Requirements

Support tax compliance activities and assist with statutory reporting obligations across relevant jurisdictions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Operations, HR, IT, Commercial, and other internal stakeholders to provide financial support and maintain effective business processes.

Ad Hoc Reporting

Deliver accurate financial analysis, reports, and insights to meet business and management requirements.

Process Improvement

What We're Looking For 🔍👀

Finance Expertise

4-5 years of accounting and finance experience, ideally within a multinational or professional services environment.

Professional Qualification

CA (Final/Inter) or MBA in Finance with a strong academic foundation.

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.

Systems Experience

Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Navision, or similar financial platforms.

Advanced Excel Skills

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial data analysis.

Detail-Oriented

Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
