What You'll Be Doing 💼

End-to-End Immigration Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of visa, work permit, and immigration applications for expatriates, foreign employees, and business travellers.
Application Processing: Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications and supporting documentation to relevant government authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
Case Management: Monitor application progress, maintain accurate records, and update immigration case management systems to ensure full visibility and compliance.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with government agencies, embassies, external vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth immigration processes.
Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with Thailand immigration regulations, including renewals, reporting requirements, and ongoing obligations for sponsored employees.
Issue Resolution: Identify potential immigration challenges and proactively resolve escalations while providing practical guidance to stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing existing processes and contributing to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
Collaboration: Work across multiple functions to achieve common goals while sharing knowledge, best practices, and regulatory updates with colleagues.

What We're Looking For 🔍

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. A Law degree is advantageous.
Immigration Expertise: Minimum 2-5 years of experience within Immigration Services, Global Mobility, Relocation Services, Expatriate Services, or a related field.
Thailand Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Thailand BOI and Non-BOI visa processes, work permits, and immigration regulations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English. Chinese language skills are advantageous.
Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and immigration or case management systems.
Customer-Focused Approach: Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding service and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Professionalism: High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct when handling sensitive information.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and manage cases effectively within a regulated environment.
