What You'll Be Doing

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and job qualification through to candidate placement and post-placement follow-up.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates through multiple sourcing channels, networking activities, and talent mapping initiatives.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, talent availability, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
• Business Development: Generate new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and contribute to team revenue and growth objectives.
