MSP Programme Management Specialist
Join our Contingent Workforce Managed Services team and play a key role in delivering an award-winning Managed Service Provider (MSP) solution to Baker Hughes. What You'll Be Doing
- Recruitment Management: Manage relationships with local hiring managers and oversee temporary recruitment requirements across assigned regions.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Conduct vacancy qualification meetings, understand hiring needs, and provide recruitment guidance to hiring managers.
- Supplier Coordination: Brief third-party recruitment suppliers, manage agency relationships, and monitor supplier performance against requirements.
- Candidate Management: Screen incoming CVs, coordinate interviews, support onboarding activities, and manage contractor processes.
- Service Delivery: Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve local client and supplier issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Track service delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Provide recruitment reporting, statistical analysis, and insights to support client workforce planning decisions.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with customers to anticipate future hiring needs and support proactive resource planning activities.
- Cost Optimisation: Utilise market intelligence and competitive bidding processes to help control recruitment costs and improve value.

What We're Looking For
- MSP Experience: Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Vendor Management Services (VMS) environment.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven background within the staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions industry.
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Experience analysing complex recruitment data and presenting meaningful insights to clients.
- Problem Solving: Detail-oriented approach with strong critical-thinking and issue-resolution capabilities.
- Cultural Agility: Ability to work effectively across different cultures, jurisdictions, and ways of working.
- Leadership Capability: Confidence leading discussions with stakeholders and influencing recruitment outcomes.
- Commercial Awareness: Experience supporting programme growth, expansion opportunities, or cross-selling activities within client accounts is advantageous.
