Recruitment Resourcer

Evolve Scientific is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Resourcer to join our Brisbane team due to continued growth!

This is an excellent opportunity for a science graduate looking to build a career in recruitment while remaining connected to the scientific industry. Supporting a team of experienced consultants, you will play a key role in candidate sourcing, screening and talent pooling across scientific, industrial, blue-collar and entry-level positions. This role will enable senior consultants to focus on client management and the delivery of more complex recruitment assignments while providing you with a strong foundation for a long-term recruitment career.

What You'll Be Doing

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract and engage candidates through Bullhorn, job boards, referrals, social media platforms and proactive market mapping activities.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct telephone interviews and qualification conversations to assess candidate suitability, availability, motivations and alignment with client requirements.
• Talent Pooling: Build and maintain active talent pipelines for GMP Operators, Laboratory Technicians, Trade Assistants, Administration professionals and other entry-level scientific and industrial roles.
• Recruitment Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records, activity tracking and recruitment documentation within Bullhorn.
• Social Media Engagement: Create, share and promote engaging content across social media platforms to attract talent and expand candidate networks.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with candidates through ongoing communication, networking and talent engagement activities.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with consultants to support recruitment delivery, candidate generation and business growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or a related scientific discipline.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage with candidates and clients.
• Positive Attitude: Energetic, enthusiastic and proactive approach to work with a willingness to learn.
• Social Media Capability: Interest in social media and confidence creating, sharing and promoting content.
• Organisation Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Availability: Available to work full-time from the Brisbane office.
• Licence Requirement: Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
