Are you a driven business development professional with a passion for building client relationships and delivering workforce solutions? Based in Perth, this opportunity focuses on growing Employer of Record (EOR) services, identifying new business opportunities, and partnering with clients to support their talent and workforce needs across diverse markets.

What You'll Be Doing

• Business Growth Driver: Identify, develop, and secure new EOR business opportunities within target markets and industries.
• Client Relationship Builder: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their workforce requirements.
• Solution Consultant: Present and promote EOR solutions that align with client objectives and compliance requirements.
• Pipeline Manager: Build, maintain, and progress a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Market Intelligence Champion: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
• Collaboration Partner: Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
• Proposal & Negotiation Lead: Prepare commercial proposals, conduct negotiations, and support contract discussions with clients.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience within Employer of Record (EOR), workforce solutions, recruitment, or related industries.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented approach with a track record of achieving growth targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Based in Perth or willing to work from the Perth location.
