Working with a globally recognised workforce solutions provider, you will play a key role in connecting mining organisations with the talent and workforce solutions they need to achieve their goals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Business Growth Driver: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the mining sector to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Client Relationship Builder: Establish and maintain strong relationships with mining clients, understanding their workforce challenges and long-term objectives.
• Solution Consultant: Promote NES Fircroft's range of workforce solutions, tailoring services to meet client requirements and deliver value.
• Pipeline Manager: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent opportunity generation and progression.
• Market Intelligence Champion: Monitor mining industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities.
• Proposal & Negotiation Lead: Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and support contract discussions with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaboration Partner: Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes and service excellence.
• Industry Representative: Represent NES Fircroft at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and develop new connections.

What We're Looking For

• Business Development Experience: Proven success in business development, sales, or account management roles.
• Mining Sector Knowledge: Experience within mining, resources, workforce solutions, recruitment, or a related industry.
• Relationship Management Skills: Strong ability to build credibility and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and achieve revenue targets.
