Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Division (Construction & Data Centres), Manchester

We’re seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding permanent division, delivering recruitment solutions across multiple disciplines within Construction & Data Centres.

This role offers full ownership of your desk, the opportunity to partner with leading multinational clients, and the ability to build long term, strategic relationships through the impact of your placements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• High Value Candidate Delivery: Source, engage and successfully place experienced energy professionals into complex and senior level vacancies across global markets
• Innovative Sourcing Techniques: Leverage advanced tools and methods such as Boolean searching, proactive headhunting and detailed talent mapping to uncover top talent
• Relationship Building with Candidates: Cultivate long standing candidate connections to create a dependable and responsive talent network
• Client Engagement & Growth: Strengthen client partnerships through consistent communication, face to face interaction and site based engagement
• Insight Driven Recruitment: Translate client technical, commercial and regulatory requirements into effective hiring strategies and solutions
• Quality & Regulatory Assurance: Maintain high standards by ensuring all recruitment practices meet company, industry and client compliance expectations
• Workload & Vacancy Coordination: Take ownership of a busy desk, balancing multiple assignments efficiently within a dynamic environment

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Recruitment or Sales Experience: Background in agency recruitment or sales, ideally within permanent white collar engineering markets
• Expert Talent Sourcing Skills: Demonstrated ability to run targeted headhunting campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms
• Commercially Minded Approach: Confident in managing and expanding client relationships while delivering value driven recruitment solutions
• Strong Stakeholder Communication: Able to communicate clearly and professionally with individuals at all levels of seniority
• Organised & Deadline Focused: Highly structured with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
