NES Fircroft is hiring a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore-based team, focusing on recruitment within the data centre sector.

This role suits an experienced recruiter who enjoys building long-term client relationships, delivering consistent recruitment outcomes, and steadily developing their desk within a well-supported and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Recruitment Delivery

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and retained roles, from sourcing through to offer management
• Provide candidates with a professional, transparent, and engaging recruitment experience
• Deliver consistent, high-quality shortlists aligned with client expectations

Business Development & Desk Growth

• Identify and develop new opportunities through existing relationships, referrals, and market engagement
• Gradually expand your client base through consultative, value‑driven conversations
• Contribute to the long-term growth and stability of the desk

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients operating within the data centre sector
• Support ongoing hiring needs across technical, engineering, and commercial functions
• Develop a good understanding of client organisations, hiring plans, and talent requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant
• Background recruiting within data centres, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or technical markets is highly advantageous
• Comfortable managing both delivery and client development activities
• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team while taking ownership of their work
