Position – IT Business Partner
Location – Mumbai
About the Role: Step into a pivotal role at NES Fircroft as an IT Business Partner, where you’ll act as the bridge between business functions and IT. You’ll drive engagement, represent IT at the regional level, and ensure technology solutions align seamlessly with business needs. What You’ll Be Doing
Business Engagement & Representation:
  • Act as an ambassador for IT, championing global standard applications, services, and solutions.
  • Provide IT representation and oversight across the region, aligned with the regional Management Team.
  • Capture region-specific IT requirements and provide input on prioritization.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for IT-related matters.
Technology Deployment & Support:
  • Support and accelerate regional implementation of global IT applications and services.
  • Manage local application matters, including regional and country-specific solutions.
  • Liaise closely with the regional infrastructure team to resolve issues and service requests.
Process Improvement & Recruitment Focus:
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on recruitment operations automation.
  • Leverage global technology solutions wherever possible to meet regional needs.
  • Provide consultancy on business and client solutions with strong collaboration skills.
Documentation & Analysis:
  • Define and document business and functional requirements.
  • Conduct workflow analysis and document business processes.
  • Act as the interface between business functions and IT technical resources.
  • Develop knowledge of production systems and business processes.
Training & Adoption:
  • Identify knowledge gaps and coordinate user training.
  • Promote adoption of global IT applications and processes.
  • Create and maintain training materials, guidance notes, and process documentation.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and follow-up support with regional stakeholders.

  • Prior experience in recruitment and knowledge of Bullhorn is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in regional IT management or business partnering roles.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level IT environments.
