About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-focused HR Operations Analyst to join our Global HR Shared Services team and support the Middle East region. In this role, you will provide accurate, compliant, and high-quality HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth employee experience while working closely with regional HR and global teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Employee Lifecycle Administration: Manage the complete employee lifecycle for the Middle East region, including onboarding, any changes during employment and offboarding.
HR Documentation & Employee Records: Responsible for preparing documents including offer letters, employment amendments, maintaining HRMS records, visa letters and exit documentation.
HRBP & Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a key operational partner to the Regional HRBP, ensuring seamless delivery of HR processes and coordinating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Employee Query Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related queries in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Support payroll processes by providing accurate employee data and assisting in benefits administration, ensuring adherence to regional policies and compliance requirements.
HR Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and maintain regular and ad hoc HR reports to support business and regional HR decision-making.
Additional Responsibilities: Carry out any other HR operational tasks as assigned by the HR Supervisor or HR Business Partner.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in HR Shared Services. Experience of supporting Middle East HR operations is must.
Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation

Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.
Skills: Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and HR system
