About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Trainee to support daily HR operations. This role involves assisting with documentation, employee records, and drafting employment-related letters, while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. You will also help address employee queries and support smooth HR processes—ideal for freshers looking to start a career in HR.

What You’ll Be Doing:
HR Operations Support: Support with day-to-day HR operational activities, including documentation, data entry, employee record maintenance, and coordination support.

Letter Drafting: Support in drafting offer letters, pay change letters and various other employment related letters.

Record Management: Support the maintenance of employee files, statutory records, and HR trackers to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Employee Query Support: Support general employee queries related to HR processes.

Any other duties as directed by the HR Business partner.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualification: Minimum graduate with specialization in HR (MBA preferred)
Work Experience:
  • Minimum 0-1 years’ experience in India HR Operation
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and willingness to learn HR operational processes
  • Awareness of employment law and HR compliance requirements would be an advantage
Person Specification
  • Organized and reliable, with the ability to prioritize assigned tasks effectively.
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and learn through practical HR exposure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Basic problem-solving mindset, with the ability to seek guidance when required.

Essential Criteria
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for professional employees and internal stakeholder interactions.
  • Ability to maintain accurate HR documentation, trackers, and employee-related information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
