ABOUT THE ROLE: 

As an Artworker, you’ll format presentations, refine proposals, create digital assets, and prepare print-ready files. You’ll ensure brand consistency, support the design team, and deliver high-quality visuals across global marketing and business functions. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Formatting presentations for internal company meetings and external sales use – including re-working existing documentation to ensure sufficient brand representation and transferring content into existing templates 

  • Formatting proposal designs on Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word, supporting the Bids & Tenders team with proposal and design support as required 

  • Formatting business cards for the global office base 

  • Less frequently, designing promotional material using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop 

  • Setting up Adobe InDesign files for print 

  • Supporting the Design Manager to maintain our image libraries to ensure they’re kept refreshed and organised 

  • Where required, designing graphics for digital use, such as social media and email campaigns, under the direction of more senior marketing team members. 

  • Working to deadlines to ensure all graphics are completed on time to fit in with the marketing schedules 

  • Acts in line with NES Fircroft code of conduct and HSE policy at all times 

  • Additional responsibilities as delegated in line with company needs 
     

What We’re Looking For: 

  • A portfolio of work to demonstrate your skills, alongside a design qualification 

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Word and PowerPoint 

  • Good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign 

  • An exceptional eye for detail; competent proof-reading and English language skills with the ability to enhance written content 

  • Superb communication skills 

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
