What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing contract recruitment team, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and commercial success.

• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key clients, delivering tailored technology recruitment solutions that support business growth and project delivery.

• Drive contract recruitment delivery across key technology verticals including Software Development, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, ERP, and Digital Transformation.

• Oversee the full contract recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, negotiation, onboarding, and contractor management, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.

• ​​​​​​​Build and maintain strong contractor talent pipelines, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first engagement through to placement and redeployment.

• Stay ahead of hiring trends across the APAC technology market, providing insights and talent intelligence that position NES Fircroft as a trusted recruitment partner.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding market share and strengthening the company’s presence across Malaysia and the wider region.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing or mentoring recruiters within an agency recruitment environment.
• Strong background in Technology or Digital recruitment, with a clear understanding of current market trends and in-demand skillsets
• Demonstrated success managing the full contract recruitment lifecycle, ideally within fast-paced technology markets.
• A track record in business development, client retention, and growing recruitment portfolios.
• Exceptional ability to influence and build long-term partnerships with both clients and technology professionals.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance hands-on recruitment delivery and strategic leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
