What You'll Be Doing

• Permanent Recruitment Delivery: Manage the full permanent recruitment lifecycle, from client briefings and candidate sourcing through to offer negotiation and placement.
• Business Development: Identify, develop, and secure new client partnerships through proactive market engagement, networking, and consultative sales activities.
• Client Relationship Management: Build trusted, long-term relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and senior executives, becoming a strategic recruitment partner.
• Account Growth: Expand existing client relationships by identifying additional hiring opportunities and delivering exceptional service.
• Talent Acquisition: Source, assess, and engage high-calibre professionals across technical, engineering, commercial, and leadership positions.

What We're Looking For

• Recruitment Experience: Demonstrated success as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant, or equivalent within an agency recruitment environment.
• Permanent Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record of delivering permanent recruitment solutions and managing professional or technical hiring assignments.
• Business Development Skills: Strong capability in securing new business, growing client accounts, and developing long-term commercial relationships.
• Commercial Acumen: Results-driven mindset with experience managing revenue targets, recruitment metrics, and business growth initiatives.
• Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, candidates, and decision-makers.
• Market Knowledge: Experience recruiting within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, life sciences, technology, chemicals, or related sectors is highly advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
• Leadership Capability: Ability to lead by example, share expertise, and contribute to the success of the broader team.
• Language Skills: Professional English communication skills are essential. Mandarin language skills would be highly regarded.
