ABOUT THE ROLE: Providing professional support services to the Legal Director – Global Accounts, including analysis and review of a wide variety of legal documents relevant to MSP and second tier supply and occasional legal drafting.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Legal Support & Team Collaboration: Providing legal support services to Legal Director - Global Accounts and existing MSP Legal team members.
  • Service Provider Compliance & Risk Management: Review of a wide range of Service Provider legal compliance documents, maintaining legal best practice with regard to managing risk in the Supply chain through regular and thorough auditing of Service Providers.
  • Country‑Specific Contract Management: Producing country specific contract documentation, using and adapting as appropriate review templates, to meet local requirements, liaising with insurance brokers and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Document Management & Reporting: Using existing document management systems to produce reports as required by the business.
  • Compliance Assessment & Commercial Insight: Uses Commercial and Legal expertise to assess compliance document submissions.
  • Analytical & Critical Thinking: Adopts a questioning approach to clarify or more fully understand an issue. Help to uncover pertinent facts to source a solution.
  • Clear & Effective Communication: Identifies the key points to communicate on any interaction, selecting the correct method of communication to ensure information is delivered and understood by all parties to enable an informed decision to be made.
  • Emotional Intelligence & Situational Awareness: Uses emotional intelligence to consider how people may react differently in different circumstances.
  • Information Analysis & Recommendations: Gathers information from multiple sources, analyses, and critiques it before making an informed recommendation to internal team.
  • Judgement & Adaptability: Applying own judgement and criteria to adapt previous recommendations or experience in the light of the current circumstance
  • Compliance with Policies & Ethical Standards: Acts in line with NES Fircroft Code of Conduct and HSE policy at all times
  • Additional Duties & Business Support: Additional responsibilities as delegated in line with company needs.
  • Accountability:
    • Responsible for compliance document review of MSP and Second Tier Suppliers in allocated region.
    • Producing reports on compliance status for manager approval.

What We’re Looking For:
Education: Law Graduate must.
Experience:  Fresher – 1-year relevant experience or 3 years overall experience.
Key Skills:
  • Legal Research skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of contract law, compliance and ability to understand international legal concepts.
  • Ability to follow instructions, with excellent attention to detail.
Technical Expertise:
  • Conversant with database systems (e.g., SharePoint or similar) and Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Other requirements:
  • Experience administering key activities within a demanding environment.
  • Experience gathering data from multiple systems and sources.
  • High level of analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work well independently while understanding when to refer to other team members
