ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Invoicing Associate I – Travel, you will play a crucial role in auditing travel invoices, reconciling financial data, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely processing with high accuracy.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Travel Invoice Auditing: Review, validate, and audit travel invoices to ensure they match the corresponding approvals and backend systems.
Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with Travel Coordinators, Travel Agents, and the Finance team to ensure invoices flow smoothly through the approval process.
Managing Client Requests: Handle and resolve client queries, clarifications, and discrepancies related to travel invoicing.
Tool Exposure: Gain hands-on experience using Conferma Snap and Smartsheet for invoice tracking and reconciliation.
Bank Statement Reconciliation: Assist with basic reconciliation of statements to ensure invoice accuracy and timely closure.
Reporting & Documentation: Use Excel, Word, and Outlook for maintaining logs, generating reports, and managing daily documentation.
Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with additional invoicing or reporting tasks that require frequent follow-ups or quick turnaround.


What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 0–1 year of experience in invoicing, finance operations, travel coordination, or related fields.
Qualification: Any Graduate.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to audit, validate, and reconcile data with accuracy.
Team Player: Someone who collaborates well, handles queries professionally, and works efficiently under timelines.
