Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore, focused on expanding our presence across the
renewable energy sector in Southeast Asia.
This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in technical workforce solutions and play a key role in supporting the growth of clean energy projects by connecting organisations with the skilled talent they need to deliver across solar, wind, hydrogen, and emerging energy technologies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive Business Growth - Identify and develop new business opportunities across Singapore and the wider Southeast Asia region, targeting clients within the renewable energy space including developers, EPCs, and operators.
- Develop Strategic Client Relationships - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including project directors, hiring managers, and procurement teams to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Expand Renewable Energy Portfolio - Promote NES Fircroft’s recruitment and workforce solutions across renewable energy projects, supporting clients in scaling their teams across project lifecycles—from development through to construction and operations.
- Consult with Clients on Talent Strategy - Provide market insights and guidance on talent availability, hiring trends, and workforce planning within the renewable energy sector across APAC.
- Collaborate with Global Teams - Work closely with NES Fircroft’s recruitment and delivery teams across APAC and globally to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within renewable energy, engineering, or technical recruitment
- Strong understanding of the renewable energy market (e.g., solar, wind, hydro, hydrogen, or energy transition sectors)
- Proven track record of winning new business and building long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
- Self-driven and commercially focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
- Experience working with clients across Southeast Asia or global markets is highly advantageous
