Assignment Support Coordinator

Based in Kuala Lumpur | Supporting Australasia

NES Fircroft is looking for an Assignment Support Coordinator to join our Kuala Lumpur operations team, supporting our Australasia business.
This role is ideal for someone with around 3–5 years of relevant experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive environment and takes pride in keeping processes organised, accurate, and running smoothly. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure assignments are delivered efficiently and compliantly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing contractor onboarding activities, including documentation and compliance checks
• Preparing and maintaining assignment-related paperwork and records
• Acting as a point of contact for day-to-day assignment queries from clients and contractors
• Updating internal systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date data
  Supporting compliance tracking, reporting, and audit requirements
  Identifying and resolving operational or administrative issues in a timely manner
• Working closely with recruitment, payroll, and compliance teams to support assignment delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years’ experience in an operations, administration, HR, recruitment coordination, mobility, or shared services role
• Strong English communication skills, as this role supports contractors, and internal teams across the Australasia region
• Confidence communicating professionally via email, calls, and messaging platforms in a regional working environment
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• High attention to detail, particularly when handling documentation, data, and compliance-related processes

• Flexible working hours, with an early finish on Fridays to ease into the weekend
