Role Objective
To manage and reconcile travel-related accounts, ensuring accurate processing of costs, invoices, and compliance with company policies. You’ll be the key link between finance, payroll, and invoicing teams to maintain a smooth and error-free travel accounting process.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Travel Cost Booking: Accurately book travel costs and raise invoices to clients.
  • Coordination: Liaise with relevant departments to confirm PO numbers, Job numbers, and related details to ensure correct invoicing and avoid rejections.
  • Credit Rebilling: Process credit rebilling of invoices when requested.
  • Documentation Support: Arrange correct backup for the invoicing team to help deliver accurate invoices.
  • Issue Resolution: Attend and resolve any invoicing-related issues promptly.
  • Intercompany Posting: Post intercompany entries and raise invoices to clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare ad hoc reports as and when requested.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with payroll and invoicing teams to resolve issues during cost of sales reviews.

  • Accounting Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and travel expense management.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot discrepancies and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
  • Problem Solver: Quick to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Clear Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized & Proactive: Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
Essential Criteria
  • Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role.
  • Qualification: B. Com / Mcom.
  • Tech Proficiency: Skilled in MS Excel and accounting tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Accuracy: High attention to detail and compliance.
