Systems Administrator – 2nd Line
Location: Warsaw
Salary: 96,000 PLN – 120,000 PLN  (depending on experience)

As a key member of our IT team, you’ll provide both local and remote support, work closely with our 1st line support colleagues, and play a hands-on role in IT projects across Europe. From managing servers and networks to ensuring secure onboarding and offboarding of employees, you’ll be central to keeping our systems efficient, reliable, and safe. What You’ll Be Doing
IT Support: Deliver local and remote 2nd line support through our global service desk, collaborating closely with 1st line teams.
Project Work: Assist with global IT projects and provide hands-on support at our European offices when needed.
Systems & Applications: Manage company applications, access controls, and backups, ensuring secure and reliable operations.
Infrastructure: Support physical server hardware, networking equipment, and virtual machines.
Security & Onboarding: Work with IT and HR teams to ensure smooth, secure employee onboarding and termination processes.
Troubleshooting: Handle issues across Windows, Office 365, Apple iOS, printers, VOIP, and video conferencing systems.

What We’re Looking For
Experienced Support Professional: At least 2 years’ experience working with a service desk system and providing remote support.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Windows Server/10/11, Active Directory, Group Policies, Office 365, virtualization, backups, and networking basics (LAN/WAN, firewalls, file permissions).
Cloud & Hardware: Hands-on experience with cloud apps, on-prem servers, networking equipment, and virtual machines.
Communication Skills: Able to explain technical issues simply and work effectively with global colleagues and external vendors. Fluency in English is a must.
Organised & Confidential: Able to prioritise, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Flexible & Global: Willing to travel across Europe and work both on-site in Warsaw (on rotation) and from home.
