Sub Consultant RPA Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

As an RPA Developer, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. You will build scalable applications, optimise processes, and deliver seamless system integrations that improve operational efficiency across the organisation. 

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, automate Business Central processes, and support end‑users through training and troubleshooting. You will be key in driving digital transformation through high‑quality, reliable automation solutions. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Design, develop, and implement Power Apps solutions tailored to business needs, with strong emphasis on automating processes within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. 

• Create custom applications and end-to-end workflows through Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance efficiency in Business Central environments. 

• Integrate Power Apps with enterprise data sources such as SQL Server, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Business Central, and external APIs. 

• Customise and configure Power Apps components and Business Central modules to meet specific business requirements. 

• Implement business rules, validations, and data transformation logic across Power Apps and Business Central solutions. 

• Conduct thorough testing to ensure performance, usability, and functional accuracy of automation deliverables 

• Provide user training and ongoing support for Power Apps and Business Central applications. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps, Business Central, and automation workflows. 

• Collaborate with team members to enhance and optimise existing Business Central automation solutions. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Proven experience designing and building automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. 

• Strong knowledge of automating business processes within Business Central, especially integrations with other enterprise applications. 

• Solid understanding of workflow optimisation, process automation concepts, and Business Central architecture. 

• Ability to customise and configure components across Power Apps and Business Central. 

• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimisation skills, ensuring seamless system connectivity. 

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration capabilities. 

Desirable Criteria: 

• Advanced hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, especially workflow automation and Power Platform integrations. 

• Knowledge of data science concepts or exposure to related tools. 

• Prior experience delivering end‑user training and support, particularly within Business Central environments. 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. 

• Exposure to testing, debugging, and performance fine‑tuning in Business Central automation projects.
