What to Expect from Your Internship:
Step into the world of recruitment and sales as a Sourcing Consultant. From day one, you'll take on key responsibilities and become an integral part of the team. Here's what you'll do:
- Build and Manage Talent Networks: Use LinkedIn, our CRM, and other tools to create a database of market professionals and connect them with our clients.
- Own the Candidate Journey: Ensure a smooth recruitment process from the first call to closing the deal.
- Develop Expertise: Position yourself as a specialist in your niche market and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Discover New Opportunities: Work with consultants on lead generation and business development strategies.
