Role: Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Internal Recruitment team in Houston, playing a key role in attracting high-quality talent across sales and corporate support functions.

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support hiring managers with active vacancies across the region.
Job Marketing: Create, publish, and manage job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms.
Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage candidates aligned to current hiring needs.
Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to support workforce growth across the business.
Candidate Submissions: Share CVs and interview feedback with hiring managers within agreed service levels.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the interview process.
Feedback Management: Collect and relay interview feedback to ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
Offer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during offers and onboarding stages.

Recruitment Expertise: At least 3 years’ experience in agency or in-house recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.
Market Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment across varied markets and industries, with the ability to adapt your approach accordingly.
Communication Skills: Confident, professional communicator able to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Self-Starter: Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Innovative Mindset: Brings creativity and fresh ideas to talent attraction and engagement strategies.
