This is an opportunity to take full ownership of your desk, partner with industry‑leading life sciences clients, and deliver recruitment solutions that support innovation across pharma, biotech and regulated environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing Specialist Talent: Identify, assess and place experienced life sciences professionals into senior and hard‑to‑fill contract positions
- Innovative Search Strategies: Apply advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, direct headhunting and market mapping
- Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with candidates to ensure a robust and active talent pool
- Client Relationship Management: Develop trusted partnerships with clients through regular contact, site visits and face‑to‑face meetings
- Consultative Recruitment Approach: Understand client technical, regulatory and commercial requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure full adherence to NES Fircroft quality standards, industry regulations and client‑specific compliance processes
- Desk & Workload Management: Successfully manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast‑paced contract recruitment environment
