What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and Manage Client Relationships - Partner with utilities, EPC contractors, and renewable developers delivering workforce solutions across power generation, solar, wind, hydro, and emerging green technologies.
• Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment - Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, interviewing, placing, and managing high-calibre candidates in engineering, operations, and project management roles.
• Drive Business Growth - Expand your portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and winning new clients in Thailand’s expanding power and renewables markets.
• Provide Market Insight - Offer clients and candidates trusted advice on talent trends, workforce planning, and sector challenges
• Mentor & Collaborate - Support junior recruiters and work closely with regional teams across APAC to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in agency recruitment, ideally with exposure to power, renewables, or energy sectors
• Strong commercial acumen with proven success in building and managing a recruitment desk
• Excellent client and candidate relationship skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently while thriving in a team environment
• Familiarity with Thailand’s energy market is a plus, but passion and willingness to learn is key
