What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own Client Relationships - Manage and grow partnerships with global and regional energy providers, EPCs, and infrastructure firms across the Power sector.
• Full 360° Recruitment - Lead the end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, placing, and managing top engineering and technical talent across generation, transmission, and project execution.
• Expand the Desk - This isn’t a cold desk - it’s hot. But there’s room to grow. Identify new opportunities and continue building a high-performing portfolio of clients and contractors.
• Sector Expertise - Act as a trusted advisor, offering market insights and workforce solutions to help clients navigate the evolving energy landscape in Southeast Asia.
• Team Contribution - Be a senior voice within a collaborative team. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to cross-office collaboration across APAC and globally.

• 3+ years of experience in agency recruitment (technical or energy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Power, Energy, or Infrastructure sectors
• A proven track record of building and scaling a successful desk
• Commercial drive with a knack for identifying and winning new business
• Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates
• A self-starter with the maturity to work independently, yet thrives in a team
