NES Fircroft is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia, leading and developing a desk that connects skilled technical talent with leading fabrication yards, EPC contractors, and engineering companies supporting major industrial and offshore projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and Manage Client Relationships - Partner with fabrication yards, EPC contractors, offshore contractors, and engineering companies delivering workforce solutions across structural fabrication, modules, topsides, marine, and heavy industrial projects.
• Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment - Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, interviewing, placing, and managing high-calibre candidates across engineering, fabrication, QA/QC, project management, and supervisory roles.
• Drive Business Growth - Expand your portfolio by identifying new opportunities and developing relationships with key clients operating in Indonesia's growing oil & gas and mining project market.
• Provide Market Insight - Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, offering insights on talent trends, workforce availability, and project hiring needs across the fabrication and engineering sector.
• Collaborate with a Global Team - Work closely with colleagues across Indonesia and the wider APAC region, sharing knowledge and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

• 3+ years’ experience in agency recruitment, ideally within fabrication, engineering, oil & gas, or mining sectors
• Excellent client development and candidate relationship skills
• A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Knowledge of the Indonesia fabrication market is beneficial, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are equally valued
