What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and Manage Client Relationships - Partner with international clients across sectors such as engineering, infrastructure, energy, construction, and manufacturing, delivering tailored workforce solutions to support their project and business needs.
• Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment - Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, interviewing, placing, and managing high-calibre candidates across engineering, technical, project management, and specialist roles.
• Drive Business Growth - Expand your portfolio by identifying new opportunities and developing relationships with clients seeking top Filipino engineering talent for projects across Asia Pacific and global markets.
• Provide Market Insight - Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, offering insights on talent availability, workforce trends, and recruitment strategies within the Philippine engineering talent market.
• Collaborate with a Global Team - Work closely with colleagues across the Philippines and the wider APAC and global network, sharing knowledge and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in agency recruitment, ideally within engineering, infrastructure, energy, construction, or other technical sectors
• Strong commercial mindset with experience building and managing a recruitment desk
• Excellent client development and candidate relationship skills
• A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Knowledge of the Philippines engineering talent market is beneficial, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are equally valued
