In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — from identifying top talent to placing them with leading clients — while owning your desk and building strong, lasting client relationships. What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Talent Spotting: Identify and place top engineering professionals in senior permanent roles that match their skills and aspirations. 

• Creative Sourcing: Tap into innovative sourcing techniques — from smart Boolean searches to out-of-the-box strategies — to attract standout candidates. 

• Pipeline Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with candidates to maintain a reliable and high-quality talent network. 

• Client Engagement: Build trust and rapport with clients through regular communication, meetings, and on-site visits. 

• Compliance Champion: Ensure every placement meets NES Fircroft’s quality benchmarks, complies with national regulations, and aligns with client-specific standards.
