NES Fircroft is looking for a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-growing Renewables Contract Division. This is a high-ownership role where you'll manage your desk end-to-end, working with some of the most influential names in the clean energy sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Full-Cycle Recruitment – Source, engage, and place top technical talent in contract roles across the renewables space
• Creative Sourcing – Use innovative tools and strategies to expand your candidate network
• Candidate Relationship Management – Build trust and long-term connections with professionals in your market
• Contractor Oversight – Ensure smooth onboarding, performance tracking, and client satisfaction
• Compliance & Quality – Maintain high standards and ensure full legal and client policy compliance
• Business Development – Identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation
• Process Management – Keep your desk organised with efficient job posting and pipeline tracking
