🚀 Senior Account Manager – France (Energy Focus)

We’re hiring a high-impact, commercially driven Senior Account Manager to take full ownership of key national accounts across the French Energy market. This is a strategic, revenue-critical role where you will directly influence account direction, growth strategy, and long-term client partnerships.

You’ll inherit established oil & gas sector relationships with immediate expansion potential, giving you the platform to scale contractor numbers, broaden service delivery, and position yourself as a trusted strategic partner to major energy clients.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven biller and account leader from an Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, or Technical contract recruitment background who thrives in complex client environments and is confident operating at senior stakeholder level.


What You’ll Be Doing 💼

Own and grow strategic French energy accounts: Take full commercial responsibility for multiple high-value client relationships, driving revenue performance while identifying new growth channels within existing business units.

Design and execute high-impact account growth strategies: Build and deliver structured account plans that expand service lines, increase contractor headcount, and unlock new regional or project-based opportunities.

Operate as a senior client partner and trusted advisor: Build C-suite and senior operational stakeholder relationships, influencing workforce strategy through market insight, hiring trends, and competitor intelligence.

Drive commercial expansion through cross-sell and upsell strategy: Identify and convert opportunities across engineering disciplines, technical verticals, and international delivery capabilities.

Lead strategic client reviews and performance partnerships: Run data-driven business reviews that demonstrate value, retention strategy, and forward workforce planning.

Deliver high-quality technical recruitment solutions: Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality candidate pipelines across complex engineering and technical requirements.

Support and influence commercial negotiations: Contribute to contract discussions, rate negotiations, and long-term framework agreements, protecting margin while strengthening partnership longevity.

Provide clear commercial forecasting and performance insight: Deliver accurate pipeline forecasting, account health metrics, and growth projections to senior leadership.


What We’re Looking For 🎯

Proven strategic account leadership experience: You’ve successfully owned and expanded large or complex client accounts, ideally within technical or engineering workforce environments.

Strong, consistent billing performance: You have a track record of delivering strong personal revenue while building sustainable, scalable client relationships.

Energy, Oil & Gas, Engineering or technical sector expertise: You understand technical hiring complexity, project-based workforce demand, and contractor-heavy delivery models.

Experience working with French clients or within the French market: You understand cultural, commercial, and stakeholder nuances of operating in France.

Fluent French and English (essential): You can confidently operate in fully bilingual commercial environments.
