What You’ll Be Doing:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, ensuring recruitment solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Contract Recruitment Expertise: Manage the full recruitment cycle for contract roles, sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates in key positions across all of our core
- Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, using your expertise to deliver valuable insights and tailored recruitment strategies for clients and candidates.
- Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities and build NES Fircroft’s reputation within your sector.
- Candidate Management: Source and engage with high-quality candidates, building a strong talent pool and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Contract Recruitment Experience: Extensive experience in contract recruitment in an agency setting.
- Industry Experience: Proven expertise in Power / Energy or Construction sectors, with a focus on contract placements.
- Relationship Builder: Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships, with a solutions-oriented approach to recruitment.
- Self-Starter: Motivated and driven, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset, ready to support the wider team and contribute to collective success.
- Excellent Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business Development: Comfortable seeking out new business opportunities and growing client networks.
