What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with Talent: Connect with scientists and technical professionals, understanding their career goals and placing them in roles that truly match their skills and ambitions.
- Client-Facing Impact: Build lasting relationships with our amazing client base — from start-ups to global leaders — becoming a trusted recruitment partner.
- Innovate & Improve: Use best practices and creative strategies to continuously improve recruitment delivery.
- Drive Results: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and contribute to the overall success of our high-performing team.
- Stay Scientific: Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the scientific industry to provide real insights and market intelligence.
- A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a scientific discipline – e.g., Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Experience in a scientific setting or recruitment environment – you understand labs and love connecting with like-minded professionals.
- People skills + purpose – you’re a strong communicator, problem-solver and enjoy building relationships.
- Organisation ninja – you know how to juggle tasks, prioritise, and deliver without breaking a sweat.
- Curiosity & drive – whether you’re stepping out of the lab or growing your recruitment career, you’re ready to evolve.
