As a Resourcer for NES Fircroft, you'll be responsible for placing qualified candidates with energy companies throughout the US. This role involves identifying, qualifying, and matching candidates with the technical requirements of our clients. What You’ll Be Doing:
Recruiting Top Talent: Identify, interview, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent basis.
Creative Sourcing: Develop innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to expand your talent pool and attract qualified candidates.
Building Relationships: Conduct thorough interviews to understand candidates' qualifications and job requirements and maintain long-term relationships with them.
Providing Career Guidance: Offer consistent communication and career advice to candidates.
Ensuring Quality Service: Check in with current contractors and recently placed candidates to ensure satisfaction and seek referrals.
Job Analysis: Review job descriptions and analyze client requirements to understand the needs of hiring managers and the technical skills required.
Boolean Searches: Construct Boolean search strings to expedite focused candidate/client discovery.
Lead Generation: Participate in lead generation activities and appropriately allocate leads to consultants.
Client Visits: Attend site visits with senior team members.
Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with NES Fircroft's quality standards, local legislation, and client-specific requirements.
