ABOUT THE ROLE
Step into the world of recruitment and learn the foundations of building talent pipelines that fuel some of the biggest energy projects in North America.  As a Resourcer, you’ll be the driving force behind candidate engagement, sourcing, screening, and connecting people to life-changing career opportunities. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build industry knowledge, and be part of a supportive team that values growth and collaboration. This is your launchpad to a long-term career in recruitment, account management, or business development. 

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Recruiting Rockstars: Source, screen, and engage candidates for exciting energy, infrastructure, and technical roles.
  • Talent Detective: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative sourcing to uncover hidden gems.
  • Pipeline Power: Build and maintain a strong pool of candidates to support active and future projects.
  • First Impressions Matter: Conduct initial interviews and pre-screenings to assess candidate fit.
  • Collaboration Station: Partner closely with Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers to deliver seamless service.
  • Candidate Care: Keep in touch with placed contractors, ensuring a positive experience and future referrals.
  • Growth Mindset: Learn new markets and industries while developing your recruitment expertise.
