“Transform Legal Reporting – We're Looking for a Risk & Advisory Analyst”

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst – Risk and Legal Advisory to support our legal, compliance, and risk management functions. This role is pivotal in driving data-backed decision-making through accurate reporting, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track legal and risk metrics: This involves creating structured reports and visual dashboards that provide insights into key legal and risk indicators. These tools help leadership monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on real-time data.
Consolidate contract data and ensure timely updates across regional trackers: You’ll be responsible for gathering contract-related information from various regions and ensuring it is accurately and consistently updated in centralized trackers. This helps maintain a single source of truth for contract volumes, statuses, and compliance.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to support audits, reviews, and regulatory reporting: This includes working closely with internal legal and compliance stakeholders to prepare documentation and data needed for audits, internal reviews, and external regulatory submissions. Your role ensures that reporting is complete, accurate, and audit ready.
Analyze trends and provide insights to improve turnaround time (TAT) and operational efficiency: You’ll review historical data to identify bottlenecks or delays in legal processes and suggest improvements. By analyzing turnaround times and other metrics, you help streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
Liaise with stakeholders across regions to ensure data accuracy and timely submissions: This involves regular communication with regional teams to validate data, clarify discrepancies, and ensure that updates are submitted on time. Your coordination ensures smooth reporting cycles and reliable data quality.

What We’re Looking For:
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data visualization) and solid knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet and Share point
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and clarity in data and reporting.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and working effectively in a team environment.
Legal Research & Compliance Assistance: Support the General Manager in conducting legal research and handling compliance-related matters as required.
Work Independently: You should be capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision, taking ownership of deliverables, and driving reporting processes from start to finish.
Relevant Industry Experience: Prior experience in Reporting is preferred
