Join NES Fircroft as a Regional Travel Coordinator and become the heartbeat of our regional mobility team in Kuala Lumpur. You’ll play a key role in supporting our global workforce, ensuring smooth, compliant, and cost-effective travel for project teams across the engineering, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Regional Travel Coordination: Own the day-to-day travel operations for contractors and staff across Asia Pacific – from flight bookings and visas to accommodation and ground transport.
• Global Mobility Support: Work closely with assignment support teams, compliance officers, and recruitment consultants to align travel plans with assignment requirements and client expectations.
• Itinerary Management: Craft clear, accurate, and timely travel itineraries, while proactively adjusting plans to minimise disruption and meet evolving project needs.
• Cost Control & Compliance: Negotiate with travel vendors, optimise routes, and ensure travel aligns with internal policies and global safety standards.
• 24/7 Support Coordination: Be the reliable point of contact in time-sensitive travel scenarios – resolving issues calmly and efficiently with a solutions-first mindset.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to keep all parties informed and confident in their travel arrangements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Travel Logistics Experience: 2–3+ years in a travel coordination, global mobility, or operations support role – ideally within energy, engineering, or professional services sectors.
• Regional Know-How: Solid understanding of APAC travel logistics, visa processes, and cultural nuances.
• Organised & Proactive: Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
• Strong Communicator: Confident in dealing with diverse stakeholders across time zones and able to provide calm, clear, and professional communication at all times.
• Team Player: Collaborative, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile for your colleagues and contractors.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using travel booking systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms.
