What You’ll Be Doing:

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and success.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key clients, delivering tailored recruitment solutions aligned with their business goals.
• Renewable Energy Focus: Drive recruitment delivery across solar, wind, energy storage, and emerging clean technologies, ensuring access to top-tier talent.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment Oversight: Oversee sourcing, interviewing, and placement processes for both contract and permanent roles, ensuring best-in-class delivery.
• Market Expertise & Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends across the APAC renewable energy market, providing insights that position NES Fircroft as a trusted advisor.
• Business Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding market share and strengthening the company’s presence in Singapore and the wider region.
• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through to placement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing or mentoring recruiters within an agency environment.
• Sector Expertise: Strong background in Renewable Energy, Power, or broader Energy markets, with a clear understanding of industry trends.
• 360 Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated success across the full recruitment lifecycle, ideally with exposure to both contract and permanent placements.
• Commercial Acumen: A track record in business development and growing client portfolios.
• Relationship Builder: Exceptional ability to influence and build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates alike.
• Driven & Strategic: A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance hands-on delivery and strategic oversight.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
