In this dynamic leadership role, you’ll drive recruitment strategy and delivery across a broad range of engineering disciplines. With a growing client portfolio across Thailand and the wider APAC region, you’ll play a key role in connecting skilled technical professionals with industry-leading projects, supporting critical infrastructure and industrial development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters, building a high-performance culture focused on delivery, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key engineering clients, delivering tailored recruitment solutions to meet complex technical requirements.
• Engineering Recruitment Focus: Drive recruitment across core engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, civil, and industrial sectors.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment Oversight: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across contract and permanent hiring, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Market Expertise & Strategy: Stay ahead of engineering market trends in Thailand and APAC, providing insights that position NES Fircroft as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Business Growth: Identify and win new business opportunities, expanding NES Fircroft’s footprint within the engineering sector.
• Candidate Engagement: Build and nurture strong talent pipelines of technical professionals, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing or mentoring recruitment consultants within an agency environment.
• Technical Recruitment Expertise: Strong background in engineering recruitment, with a deep understanding of technical roles and skillsets.
• 360 Recruitment Experience: Demonstrated success managing the full recruitment lifecycle across contract and/or permanent placements.
• Commercial Mindset: Track record of business development and growing client relationships within technical sectors.
• Relationship Builder: Ability to establish credibility and long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.
• Driven & Results-Oriented: A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
