We are looking for an experienced, highly driven Recruitment Manager to lead our German Contracting Desk from our Dubai office. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in business development, and leads by example through strong individual performance.

We offer a full relocation package for candidates based anywhere in the EU and provide full onboarding support to help you settle into Dubai.

In this position, you will combine team leadership with active billing, strategic client development, and operational oversight to grow our presence across the German technical contracting market.


What You’ll Be Doing

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Recruiters, guiding them through best practices, KPIs, and delivery excellence.
  • Act as a hands-on leader who leads by example through personal billings, client development, and strong delivery standards.
  • Support onboarding, skill development, and performance management across the German desk.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive long-term business development strategies across the German market, generating new opportunities and expanding key client portfolios.
  • Identify and convert new contract hiring opportunities within Energy, Engineering, or Technical markets.

Strategic Recruitment Management

  • Build targeted market maps and recruitment strategies tailored to client requirements and upcoming market demands.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery aligned with client hiring needs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients in Germany.
  • Consult on hiring trends, workforce planning and deliver tailored technical contracting solutions.

End-to-End Recruitment & Delivery

  • Oversee and personally contribute to the full recruitment lifecycle — from role qualification and sourcing through to onboarding and contractor management.
  • Maintain strong pipelines of high-quality German-speaking technical contractors.

Commercial & Operational Management

  • Support commercial negotiations, contract management, and margin optimisation.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy, maintain reporting, and provide regular updates on performance, pipeline, and delivery.

Market Insight & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay connected to German market trends, regulations, competitor activities, and technical sector developments.
  • Continuously refine recruitment strategies to remain competitive and effective.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Fluent German and English (essential for team, client and candidate work).
  • 3+ years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within Contracting / Technical Assistance markets.
  • Experience working in Germany or with German-based clients.
  • Proven billing track record in a 360 environment.
  • Previous mentoring, coaching, or team leadership experience.
