NES Fircroft is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Blue Collar Contract team in our Perth office. You’ll connect skilled trades and site-based professionals with major projects across mining, energy, and infrastructure, supporting the backbone of Australia’s resource sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Client Relationship Management - Partner with leading contractors and asset owners across mining, energy, and infrastructure, delivering responsive and reliable workforce solutions to meet site and shutdown demands.
• Specialist Recruitment - Own the full contract recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, mobilizing, and managing skilled trades, operators, and site-based personnel across maintenance, construction, and project environments.
• Market Insight & Industry Expertise - Stay ahead of workforce trends, availability challenges, and compliance requirements, offering practical advice to clients navigating a competitive blue collar talent market.
• Business Development - Build on established client relationships while identifying new opportunities across WA’s resources and infrastructure sectors to grow your desk.
• Candidate Engagement - Develop strong relationships with tradespeople and contractors, ensuring smooth onboarding, clear communication, and ongoing support throughout their assignments.
• Team Collaboration - Work closely with our high-performing contract team, compliance specialists, and mobilisation coordinators to deliver seamless workforce solutions across local and national projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recruitment Experience: 1-2+ years in agency recruitment, ideally within blue collar, trades, industrial, or resources sectors.
• High-Volume Capability: Comfortable managing multiple roles, fast turnaround requirements, and contractor mobilisation processes.
• Client-Focused: Proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver under pressure.
• Resilient & Driven: Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a proactive mindset.
• Team-Oriented: Collaborative approach with strong communication skills.
• Commercially Aware: Understands margins, contractor management, and business growth strategies.
