Your Responsibilities 💼💻
- Candidate Support & Communication: Act as a key point of contact for Life Sciences professionals, supporting them throughout the recruitment process and ensuring a positive, well‑organised experience.
- Sourcing & Research: Learn how to identify suitable candidates using a range of tools and platforms, including LinkedIn and database searching (full training provided).
- Client Support: Work closely with experienced consultants to support client requirements, maintain accurate information, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Process Coordination: Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organisation & Multitasking: Keep multiple processes moving at once while maintaining clear communication and high standards of professionalism.
