About the Role:
As an Assignment Support Associate, you will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team by ensuring accurate placement approvals and compliance with client requirements. You will play a key role in coordinating timely approvals, maintaining invoicing accuracy, and supporting payroll processes to ensure smooth operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Review and approve new placements and change requests in Bullhorn within 24 hours.
Perform quality checks to ensure accurate setup for contractor payment and client invoicing.
Validate placement details against client-specific requirements.
Provide feedback on rejected placements and assist corrections.
Maintain client invoicing forms and ensure accurate setup.
Coordinate approvals, manage daily workload, and liaise with payroll for PO/WO changes.
Escalate issues impacting payroll or invoicing.
Maintain sales reports, track pending approvals, and follow up on placements.
Document issues, update SOPs, and support process improvements.
Respond promptly to internal and external information requests.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in placement administration or similar roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Good analytical and process knowledge with attention to detail.
Familiarity with invoicing and payroll systems is an advantage.
