About the Role: 

As an Assignment Support Associate, you will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team by ensuring accurate placement approvals and compliance with client requirements. You will play a key role in coordinating timely approvals, maintaining invoicing accuracy, and supporting payroll processes to ensure smooth operations. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Review and approve new placements and change requests in Bullhorn within 24 hours. 

  • Perform quality checks to ensure accurate setup for contractor payment and client invoicing. 

  • Validate placement details against client-specific requirements. 

  • Provide feedback on rejected placements and assist corrections. 

  • Maintain client invoicing forms and ensure accurate setup. 

  • Coordinate approvals, manage daily workload, and liaise with payroll for PO/WO changes. 

  • Escalate issues impacting payroll or invoicing. 

  • Maintain sales reports, track pending approvals, and follow up on placements. 

  • Document issues, update SOPs, and support process improvements. 

  • Respond promptly to internal and external information requests. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in placement administration or similar roles. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). 

  • Good analytical and process knowledge with attention to detail. 

  • Familiarity with invoicing and payroll systems is an advantage.
