As our digital learning ecosystem continues to evolve, we’re looking for a motivated LMS Specialist to join our growing team in Altrincham.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of our Learning Management System (LMS), partner with global stakeholders, and help shape the next phase of our digital learning strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Digital Learning Strategy: Develop and implement digital learning approaches that support organisational capability and improve learning outcomes.
  • LMS Management: Oversee day‑to‑day LMS administration, ensuring smooth operation, accurate content deployment and strong user experience.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Deliver regular reporting, track completions and support global and regional compliance requirements.
  • Training & Support: Provide guidance, training and technical support to LMS users, trainers and internal teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use feedback and performance insights to refine learning programmes and drive ongoing improvement.
  • Operational & User Management: Manage events, calendars, user processes, datafeeds and platform updates, contributing to the development of future learning models and dashboards.

What We’re Looking For
  • Education: A relevant qualification in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in LMS management, digital learning, e‑learning development or instructional design, with a strong record of delivering digital learning projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong capability across AI tools, e‑learning authoring tools (e.g. Storyline, PageTiger, EasyGenerator) and LMS platforms, with Cornerstone experience highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Organisation & Delivery: Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines and a proactive, structured approach to delivery.
  • Analytical Mindset: A data‑driven mindset, high attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality outputs.
  • Desirable Experience: Exposure to areas such as calendar and licence management, LMS adoption, VILT and datafeed troubleshooting, supporting trainers, and supporting branding or content sign‑off processes.
