ABOUT THE ROLE

To support the Insurance team with end-to-end administration of global insurance
programs by ensuring timely enrolments, accurate documentation, effective
coordination, and adherence to defined service standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Offboarding Support:
Manage timely addition and removal of employees and contractors from global
medical insurance plans.
Insurance Administration:
Assist with weekly enrollments, cancellations, and coverage updates for specific
clients and regions.
Query Management:
Respond to general insurance coverage queries from staff and contractors in a
clear and professional manner.
Invoice Reconciliation:
Support verification and reconciliation of insurance invoices to ensure accuracy
and compliance.
Data Accuracy & Record Maintenance:
Maintain accurate insurance records, trackers, and supporting documentation
using Excel and internal systems.
Reporting Support:
Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly insurance reports.
Policy Compliance:
Ensure correct medical coverage is in place in line with company policies and
insurer requirements.
Team Collaboration:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Insurance team as
required.
Confidentiality:
Handle employee and contractor insurance information with complete
confidentiality and discretion.

What We’re Looking For

• Education / Background:
Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or related background preferred.

• Experience:
0–2 years of experience in insurance operations, HR operations, finance, or a
corporate support role.

Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Attention to Detail:
High accuracy with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Analytical Skills:
Ability to manage data, reports, and reconciliations methodically.

• Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment.
