About the Role
As an HR Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations, guiding team members, and ensuring seamless delivery of HR services across India. This position requires a proactive leader who can oversee day-to-day HR activities, mentor the HR team, maintain compliance, and foster a positive employee experience. You will be the go-to person for employees and managers on workplace and people-related matters, handling them with professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy.
What You’ll Be Doing
HR Operations Oversight
Administer daily HR operational activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and timelines.
Oversee offer letters, employment documentation, onboarding processes, payroll inputs, and employee record management.
Manage shared HR mailboxes and ensure timely responses to queries and requests.
Team Management
Lead and mentor HR team members, assigning tasks and monitoring completion.
Drive team productivity through clear goal-setting, scorecards, and performance reports.
Provide coaching and guidance to enhance team capability and maintain high service standards.
Vendor Management
Manage relationships with external vendors (insurance, childcare benefits, background verification).
Ensure timely coordination and compliance with vendor agreements and SLAs.
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate HR records in HRMS systems.
Generate analytical and KPI reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Policy & Process Improvement
Identify gaps in HR operational processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 6–7 years’ experience in HR Supervisor or similar roles.
Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
Highly organized with ability to plan, delegate, prioritize, and multitask.
Comfortable advising on employee relations issues.
Excellent communication, listening, and counseling skills.
Self-motivated with ability to manage workload independently.
High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
Previous experience in HR Supervisor/HR Advisory/HR Services/HR Consulting roles.
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
